The International Organization for Migration (IOM) initiated the implementation of a regional project in the Western Balkans focused on performing a comprehensive analysis of the situation of Trafficking in Persons and assessing current needs in the region. The project aims to generate necessary evidence to improve current legislation and national and cross-border programmes addressing the issue of Trafficking in Persons in the Western Balkans. The project is funded by the IOM Development Fund with a contribution of the Italian Embassy in Sarajevo.
