"Shoulder to shoulder - we create more"

One of the activities of the project "Shoulder to shoulder - we create more" created by informal network of the parents in Zenica was joint meeting of students and directors of two elementary schools, Skender Kulenović and Meša Selimović. The goal of this activity was to discuss all possible ways to reach the connection among schools and to talk about the impressions that joint activities have brought among participants. This is the very first example of close cooperation between elementary schools and their students in Zenica.
Joint sports activities in elementary school Meša Selimović followed after the relaxed conversation. The project is conceived as a series of activities from renovation of school yard, sports activities, workshops with students to joint trips.
These are activities within the project "Community Based Approach to Support to Youth in Targeted Communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina" implemented by the IOM, supported by USAID Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Government of Great Britain and the Embassy of the Republic of Italy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
