The realization of the project "Prođoh Bosnom kroz gradove", developed by an informal group of youth from Gornji Rahić and Maoča, started last weekend when young people visited Sarajevo, which was the first of the three planned trips. In Sarajevo, young people visited the National Museum, the Town Hall and Baščaršija as a historical and cultural centre of the city.
The project is of educational character and involves educational trips accompanied by lectures on the historical significance of certain locations. Except for Sarajevo, it is planned to travel to Travnik and Jajce, as well as to Mostar and Počitelj.
These activities are carried out by IOM through the project "Moving to sustainable approaches in the prevention of violent extremism in the Western Balkans" and supported by the British Embassy Sarajevo.
