Elementary school students in Bužim had the chance to demonstrate their creativity through making art pieces out of recycle material. In order to reward and emphasize creativity, and to encourage students to use their imagination the best way possible, these activity had a competitive character. The announcement of the winners of this competition was also the end of the project "Children's playground Bužim".
In addition to announcing the winners, the students, their teachers and other guests had the opportunity to listen and talk about the importance of environmental preservation. All participants received rewards, acknowledgments and certificates, which was evaluated as positive by their teachers because all the students were rewarded for their effort.
The activity is part of the project "Community Based Approach to Support Youth in Targeted Municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina", implemented by the International Organization for Migration - IOM, and supported by the USAID Bosnia and Herzegovina, Embassy of Italy in Bosnia and Herzegovina and British Embassy Sarajevo.
