Across Bosnia and Herzegovina (BH), IOM aims to prevent irregular migration, stop the trafficking of human beings, contribute to national development, and assist the BH Government to manage migration activities.

EXTENDED INVITATION (Extension Date: 23 May 2022)
SUBJECT: Provision of Accommodation and Meals Services in Bihać, Bijeljina, Foča, Trebinje and Zvornik
In the framework of IOM Bosnia and Herzegovina programs, the IOM invites interested eligible Service Providers to submit Proposals for the below required services for the purpose of establishing Long Term Agreements (LTA's):
• Provision of Accommodation and Meals Services in Bihać
• Provision of Accommodation and Meals Services in Bijeljina
• Provision of Accommodation and Meals Services in Foča
• Provision of Accommodation and Meals Services in Trebinje
• Provision of Accommodation and Meals Services in Zvornik
A complete set of the Request for Proposal with General Instructions to Vendors is available for issuance to Interested Vendors by e-mail at the official IOM Bosnia and Herzegovina Procurement Unit e-mail address: sjjproc@iom.int
NOTE: e-mail data transfer to the above address is limited to 12MB. In case your Proposal documentation is greater than 12MB, please send your offer in separate mail correspondence with indicated reference number in the subject header.
The Proposals must be delivered by standard electronic means to sjjproc@iom.int on or before 30 May 2022 (Monday), until 10:00 hours.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers.
