Our WorkAs the leading inter-governmental organization promoting since 1951 humane and orderly migration, IOM plays a key role to support the achievement of the 2030 Agenda through different areas of intervention that connect both humanitarian assistance and sustainable development. Across Bosnia and Herzegovina (BH), IOM aims to prevent irregular migration, stop the trafficking of human beings, contribute to national development, and assist the BH Government to manage migration activities.

Request for Proposals for Marketing agency to design informative materials for promotion and awareness raising campaigns of the project ‘’Bosnia and Herzegovina: Engaging youth in environmentally and socio-economically sustainable initiatives’’
The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the Bosnia and Herzegovina: Engaging Youth in Environmentally and Socio-Economically Sustainable Initiatives project for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
IOM now invites Service Providers/ Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Design informative materials for promotion and awareness raising campaigns of the Project
A complete set of the RFP is available for issuance to Interested Service Providers by e-mail at the official IOM BiH Procurement e-mail address: SJJPROC@iom.int.
The Proposals must be delivered by hand or through mail to IOM with office address at Fra Andjela Zvizdovica no.1 (Unitic/Tower A), 71 000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina on or before 18 August 2022 (Thursday), until 12:00 hours. No late proposal shall be accepted.
Proposals submitted after the above deadline will not be considered. IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers.
