Two youth groups from Foca and representatives of the IOM last Friday signed contracts on the implementation of the projects "To hear us louder" and "Sport and reconstruction of a youth outings spot for greater youth activism", nominated at the third "Community Dialogue". The importance of these projects has been recognized and it shows the fact that the local community will participate in their implementation with 50% of the funds. The signing of the contracts was attended by Radisav Masic, Mayor of Foca, who supports the work of the local IOM team and praised the youth activism, Sladjana Vladicic, director of the "Cika Jova Zmaj" kindergarten, Veselin Radovic, director of the High School Center, Ljeposava Djajic, director of the Tourist Organization, and Djordje Vukovic, representative of the National park "Sutjeska". Youth from Foca already completed projects "Reconstruction of the Sports Fields in Miljevina" and "Building lighting to the Mountain Lodge", and the implementation of the "Joint Sports Project", which was created on the second "Community Dialogue", is in progress. All these activities are part of the project "Community Based Approach to Support Youth in Targeted Municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina" implemented by IOM, supported by USAID Bosnia and Herzegovina, British Embassy Sarajevo and the Embassy of the Republic of Italy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
