Our Work
Our WorkAs the leading inter-governmental organization promoting since 1951 humane and orderly migration, IOM plays a key role to support the achievement of the 2030 Agenda through different areas of intervention that connect both humanitarian assistance and sustainable development. Across Bosnia and Herzegovina (BH), IOM aims to prevent irregular migration, stop the trafficking of human beings, contribute to national development, and assist the BH Government to manage migration activities.

Third MoviEQ workshop was held in Capljina
Eight young people from Capljina, participants of the third MoviEQ (4 - 7 March) workshop, received Cambridge University certificates on successfully completion of trainig, which was organized within the project "Community Based Approach to Support Youth in Targeted Municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina"! Through participation in the workshop, they had the opportunity to develop their emotional intelligence and critical thinking, and thus move away from the black-and-white view of the world. The project is implemented by IOM, supported by USAID Bosnia and Herzegovina, British Embassy Sarajevo and the Embassy of the Republic of Italy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Osmoro mladih iz Čapljine, učesnika treće MoviEQ radionice (4. do 7. mart), dobilo je certifikate Cambridge Univerziteta o uspješno završenoj edukaciji koja je organizovana u sklopu projekta “Podrška mladima u lokalnim zajednicama u Bosni i Hercegovini”! Oni su, kroz učešće u radionici, imali priliku da razvijaju svoju emocionalnu inteligenciju i kritičko razmišljanje i tako se udalje od crno-bijelog pogleda na svijet. Pomenuti projekat sprovodi IOM, a podržavaju USAID BiH, Vlada Velike Britanije i Ambasada Republike Italije u Bosni i Hercegovini.
