Our WorkAs the leading inter-governmental organization promoting since 1951 humane and orderly migration, IOM plays a key role to support the achievement of the 2030 Agenda through different areas of intervention that connect both humanitarian assistance and sustainable development. Across Bosnia and Herzegovina (BH), IOM aims to prevent irregular migration, stop the trafficking of human beings, contribute to national development, and assist the BH Government to manage migration activities.

Third MoviEQ workshop organised in Buzim from 16 to 19 November 2017
Another group of youth from Buzim, at the third MoviEQ workshop in this community, learned about the development of integrative complexity, emotions and management of them, communication, active listening, conflicts and their resolution and management, and many other topics.
A group of 18 young people from 16 to 19 November gained a new experience which, they said, would be remembered for a long time. They conclude that they have learned to percive things from different angles so that they can correctly assess the situation, and that the skills they have gained throughout this workshop will be used in everday situations with friends, family...
The MoviEQ workshop, under the project "Community Based Approaches to Support Youth in Local Communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina", is implemented by IOM BiH, and supported by the USAID Bosnia and Herzegovina, British Embassy Sarajevo and the Embassy of the Republic of Italy in BiH.

O razvijanju integrativne kompleksnosti, emocijama i upravljanju njima, komunikaciji, aktivnom slušanju, konfliktima i njihovom rješavanju i upravljanju, te mnogim drugim temama, učila je još jedna grupa mladih iz Bužima, na trećoj MoviEQ radionici u ovoj zajednici.
Grupa od osamnaest mladih je u prostorijama MSŠ "Bužim" kroz četiri dana, od 16. do 19. novembra, stekla je novo iskustvo koje će, kako kažu, dugo pamtiti. Zaključuju da su naučili da stvari sagledavaju iz više uglova kako bi mogli ispravno procijeniti situaciju, te da će vještine koje su stekli kroz ovu obuku koristiti u svakodnevnim odnosima sa prijateljima, porodicom...
MoviEQ radionica se realizira u okviru projekta "Podrška mladima u lokalnim zajednicama u Bosni i Hercegovini", implementiran od strane Međunarodne organizacije za migracije a kojeg financira USAID, Vlada Velike Britanije i Ambasada Italije u Bosni i Hercegovini.
