Our WorkAs the leading inter-governmental organization promoting since 1951 humane and orderly migration, IOM plays a key role to support the achievement of the 2030 Agenda through different areas of intervention that connect both humanitarian assistance and sustainable development. Across Bosnia and Herzegovina (BH), IOM aims to prevent irregular migration, stop the trafficking of human beings, contribute to national development, and assist the BH Government to manage migration activities.

"Strengthening Cross-Border Cooperation along the Western Balkan Route (CROBOWEB)"
Within INL funded regional project: "Strengthening Cross-Border Cooperation along the Western Balkan Route (CROBOWEB)", IOM has organized two sets workshop with topic "Technical Assistance and Capacity Building" from 4-6 Dec 2017 and from 6-8 Dec for Border Police officials from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. The Workshop had both theoretical and practical part of training curriculum.

U sklopu regionalnog projekta "Jačanje prekogranične saradnje duž zapadno-balkanske rute (COBOWEB)", koji finansira INL, program Američkog državnog sekretarijata, IOM je organizovao dva seta radionica za službenike graničnih policija Bosne i Hercegovine i Crne Gore na temu "Tehnička podrška i izgradnja kapaciteta za zajedničke operacije" od 4. do 6. decembra i od 6. do 8. decembra. Radionica je imala teoretski i praktični dio.
