Our WorkAs the leading inter-governmental organization promoting since 1951 humane and orderly migration, IOM plays a key role to support the achievement of the 2030 Agenda through different areas of intervention that connect both humanitarian assistance and sustainable development. Across Bosnia and Herzegovina (BH), IOM aims to prevent irregular migration, stop the trafficking of human beings, contribute to national development, and assist the BH Government to manage migration activities.

Second Community Dialogue was held with youth from several local communities Bugojno
Second Community Dialogue, an activity within the project "Community Based Approach to Support Youth in Targeted Municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina", was held with youth from several local communities Bugojno. With the support of IOM’s local coordinators, the youth identified the problems in their communities, and solutions for them on project based aproach. Youth were focused on infrastructure problems and lack of specific sport contents. These activities implemented by IOM are supported by the USAID Bosnia and Herzegovina, British Embassy Sarajevo and the Embassy of the Republic of Italy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Drugi "Dijalog u zajednici", dio projekta "Podrška mladima u lokalnim zajednicama u Bosni i Hercegovini", održan je s mladima iz nekoliko mjesnih zajednica općine Bugojno. Oni su, uz podršku IOM-ovih lokalnih koordinatora, kroz dijalog identifikovali probleme u njihovim zajednicama te pronašli rješenja za iste koja će prikazati kroz projektnu razradu. Mladi su bili fokusirani na infrastrukturne probleme i nedostatke specifičnih sportskih sadržaja. Ove aktivnosti sprovodi IOM, a finansiraju USAID BiH te ambasade Velike Britanije u BiH i Republike Italije u BiH.
