INVITATION TO BID
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of Technical Assistance to the Bosnia and Herzegovina Border Police to Identify Document and Identity Fraud, IOM now invites interested Vendors to bid for supply and delivery of the equipment for inspection and authentication of travel documents.

Bids must be delivered by hand or through courier mail to

on or before 04 March 2020 by 14:00 hrs.
No late proposal shall be accepted.
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids shall remain valid for sixty (60) days after submission date of bids.
Bids will be opened at IOM premises with the above address on 05th of March 2020 in the presence of BEAC members.
Bidding procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to annul the selection process and reject all Expression at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Companies/Service Providers.
