INVITATION TO SUBMIT EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
for the following Services: Preparation and distribution of food at Temporary Reception Centers (TRC’s) in Sarajevo Canton
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of the Special Measures to Support the Response to the Refugee and Migrant Situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina – Phase III the IOM Bids Evaluation and Award Committee (“BEAC”) now invites Expression of Interest for the following Services: Preparation and distribution of food at Temporary Reception Centers (TRC’s) in Sarajevo Canton, in connection with the project Special Measures to Support the Response to the Refugee and Migrant Situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina – Phase III.
The Expression of Interest shall contain information on the following a.) range of relevant consulting services offered, b.) qualification and experience of relevant professionals and technical personnel currently maintained c.) track record and experience of the firm in similar assignment including list of major clients served and d.) other relevant information.
The Expression of Interest shall be submitted in original and duplicate copy and should be received either by hand or through mail by the BEAC with office address at IOM Bosnia and Herzegovina, UNITIC Tower A - 1st floor, 71000 Sarajevo, BiH, or at the following e-mail address: sjjproc@iom.int no later than 10 May 2022, latest by 13:00 hours.
On the basis of the above information, the BEAC shall draw up the shortlist of Service Providers/ Consulting Firms. Only shortlisted Service Providers/ Consulting Firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals.
Interested Service Providers/ Consulting Firms may obtain further information from the BEAC at the above office address (sjjproc@iom.int) during the period from 20 April 2022 to 09 May 2022, from 08:30-17:30 hours.
The BEAC reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to annul the selection process and reject all Expression at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms
