10th Symposium of Prosecutors of Bosnia and Herzegovina

The IOM BiH was participant and co-organizer of the Panel 3, as the part of the 10th Symposium of Prosecutors of Bosnia and Herzegovina where Peter Van der Auweaert, IOM Subregional Coordinator for the Western Balkans spoke on Cultural sensitive care of victims of trafficking and what IOM learned from the Western Balkans migration crisis when it comes to human trafficking. Philip Ishola, an researcher in the project Enhancing Counter Trafficking in Crisis in Western Balkans that IOM implants spoke about new trends in human trafficking in the Western Balkans. The Symposium with four panels on topics: human trafficking, violence against children in the digital environment, organized crime and corruption and war crimes was held in Neum from 25th to 28th September, and involved more than 170 professionals.

IOM BiH je sudjelovao i suorganizovao/suorganizirao panel 3 u sklopu Desetog simpozijuma tužitelja Bosne i Hercegovine, a Peter Van der Auweaert, subregionalni koordinator IOM-a za Zapadni Balkan, govorio je o kulturalno osjetljivom pristupu žrtvama trgovine ljudima te o saznanjima IOM-a iz migracijske krize na Zapadnom Balkana kada je u pitanju trgovina ljudima. Philip Ishola, istraživač u projektu IOM-a pod nazivom "Jačanje kapaciteta za suzbijanje trgovine ljudima na Zapadnom Balkanu" govorio je o novim trendovima trgovine ljudima na Zapadnom Balkanu. Simpozijum s četiri panela na teme: trgovina ljudima, nasilje nad djecom u digitalnom okruženju, organizovani kriminal i korupcija te ratni zločini održan je u Neumu od 25. do 28. septembra, a u radu je učestvovalo više od 170 profesionalaca.
