The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

Programme, which is funded by the European Union, is aimed at assisting the recovery of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the framework of the rehabilitation and reconstruction of houses damaged during the May 2014 floods. IOM now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Companies/Service Providers for the

• Execution of civil works on reconstruction and repairing private housing units affected by floods and landslides for beneficiaries temporarily accommodated in collective centers.

The Application document should comprise of the following:

a) Cover Letter
b) A copy of this Request for Expression of Interest duly signed on all pages by the Company/Service Provider’s Authorized Representative;
c) Duly Accomplished Annex A with all requested information can be found at (company profile, qualification and experience of relevant professionals and technical personnel currently maintained; similar assignments including list of major clients served, indicating the value/complexity of the projects/works performed in last 3 years, other relevant information).

The Expression of Interest must be submitted on one original and one copy and envelop must be marked “Original” and “Copy” as appropriate. Both envelopes shall be placed in an outer envelope and sealed. The outer envelope shall be labeled with the submission address, reference number and title of the Project and name of the Company/Service Provider. The Expression of Interest needs to be received by IOM no later than January 13th, 2015, 12:00 hour.

Applications shall be evaluated in accordance with the following criteria: Capacity, Track Record and Experience, Technical Expertise and Financial Strength. On the basis of the evaluated information, IOM shall draw up the shortlist of Companies/Service Providers. Only short listed Companies/Service Providers will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals.

All questions shall be asked in writing or using English and one of the three official languages in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to annul the selection process and reject all Expression at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Companies/Service Providers. The potential subsequent procurement will be governed by the rules and regulations of the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
